Proud to announce that I have been accepted into the Mentor in Training Program with Polestar Pilates! Training the next generation of instructors
Recently upgraded to 'F' Level Judge (Novice) with Equestrian Australia and working on the fast track program to 'E' Level (Elementary). Going to be a big year of study!
Physical classes are back!
We are back in both Woodend and Romsey. Click here for current class schedule.
Virtual classes however will also continue so you can do Pilates in the comfort of your own home and with a little extra observation ;-).
